We were not happy with the service of the new coordinator. She was no help at all. We ended up having to speak to the manager multiple times to finally get everything straightened out. After we spoke to the manager I was more pleased with the outcome of everything but that one person ruined my experience with them. The wedding came out gorgeous and the food was wonderful, but I was not impressed with the service one bit.
